Types of Care available:

• Permanent bookings (long day care and bookings by the hour)
• Casual bookings (subject to availability)
• Government funded 3 and 4yo Kindergarten Program
• Emergency and crisis care is a priority 
• We are open School holidays (except for Christmas shutdown weeks)
• Closed public holidays

Fees:
                                           Hourly and Daily rate options available 

Hourly: $18.00 per hour per child (as at Jan 2024). Bookings are by the hour, minimum booking time 2 hours.

Daily Rate: $143.00 per day per child. Covers the entire day the Centre is open from 7.00am- 6.00pm.

Parents may mix bookings based on their requirements (ie Mon hourly rate 9.00am - 12.00pm - Tuesday daily rate 7.00am - 6.00pm)  

Fees are paid via direct debit.

Fees are set by the Committee of Management and are subject to change, depending on the Annual Budget and Government Policy. Two weeks notice of any increase in fees will be given.

There is no charge for notified short term non-attendance eg. cancellations, holidays, illness etc. A short term absence is a period of three weeks or less. Absences over three weeks will incur a minimum 2 hour absence fee to hold the permanent booking. 

Child Care Subsidy

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is government assistance to help with the cost of child care. The amount of subsidy that families will receive will be based on:

• Combined family income 
• Level of approved activities undertaken 
• Type of childcare service used.

Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to child care providers to pass on to families as fee reduction so that fees are reduced at the time child care is used. Families will provide the difference between the subsidy and the fees charged. Families will need to make a claim for CCS when (or before) each child starts attending care.

Once approved Centrelink will advise families of approved CCS% and hours per fortnight. CCS% is paid on the hourly cap rate for Centre Based Long Day Care not our hourly rate. 

All permanent bookings must be made via a Confirmation of Childcare Agreement/Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) for Child Care Subsidy purposes.
